1:1 consulting is one deep session for one problem. Monthly coaching is an ongoing relationship — better when you need an outside view week after week.
I want 5-10 customers through 1:1 consulting first to crystallize the coaching playbook. No half-baked product going to market.
Weekly 30-min recap, business-hours group response. I also proactively check progress — you're not the only one tracking it.
To keep quality high, I cap concurrent coachees at 8 in the early phase. Waitlist priority is meaningful.
Default is video. If you're in or near my city we can arrange one in-person meeting per month — location to be agreed.
